Epworth United Methodist Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland, recognized the potential their property had to showcase sustainable landscaping projects. Working with the Muddy Branch Alliance, they obtained grant funding to install a cistern, conservation landscaping, and a green roof, designed by Gracefully Green.
