Montgomery County Pesticide Ban Upheld in Appeals Court

In 2015, Montgomery County approved a ban on pesticide use in specified applications. Opponents filed suit, and won in Circuit court. However, on May 2, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals overturned that opinion and affirmed that the County had legal standing to impose the law. Read more here.
